Upton Q and A with Ralph Greene

Q: How did you find your way to Upton?

A: After doing extensive research on some of the city’s top boutique real estate agencies, I found that Upton best fit the work-style I was hoping to become a part of. Once I applied and received an interview, I knew I had made the correct choice.

Q: What do you like most about the job and the office’s work environment?

A: Its a small and friendly environment. It allows all of the employees to work to their full potential, both inside and outside the office.

Q: What have you learned since working for the Upton team?

A: I have learned that a strong team is just as important, if not more important, than a strong individual. There is always someone who can teach you more.

Upton Agent Spotlight! Get to know Michal Sudo:

Michal is currently in his first year at the Macaulay Honor Scholar’s program at Baruch College where he plans to earn his degree in accounting.  Michal realized his passion for the business field early in his college career and credits Upton Realty Group as providing him with an outlet to explore and strengthen his interest.

For Michal, the most appealing aspect of real estate is its ability to attract people of all different personalities, goals, and histories.  New York provides the ability to work with a diverse group of clients, which makes coming to work always enjoyable.  He says, “No two clients are the same and catering to each of their needs and expectations means there is a constantly changing atmosphere.”

As a fairly new member to the Upton team, learning the tricks of the trade has been easy with such helpful co-workers. Many other Upton brokers have been part of the team for a while and they all have plenty to offer in terms of teaching and imparting experience.   All the members have a great deal of determination to make the renting and buying experience as easy as possible for their clients.
